Hello Blogheads! Today, I’m going to write about
something that I’m proud of. This is the training of Pole Sport. Well, I will
start telling you that I never practiced some sport in my adolescence, but my
interest was in other things. With time, I’m started to feel that my body
needed excercise, above all because I don’t care my diet and I was sedentary,
so I had some overweight and I living very tired. There was when I started to
practice diferents excercises like Yoga or physical conditioning, nevertheless,
none of this attracted my attention that Pole Dance, which I went for first
time because a friend didn’t go alone. And was fabulous! It isn’t dance as
everyone believe, if not a discipline in which mixture acrobatics and strength...... (to be continue)
